Quality Control
Originated in the year 1979, We "Dharti Industries" are well-known ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacture, supplier and exporter of an assortment of Domestic & Vertical Flour mill machines and electric motors. We offer vertical flour mills and domestic flour mill machines in different models and sizes in this range.
Statistical methods are employed to create sample batches which are tested for various laid down process parameters in each stage of production. The parameters are described in the quality plan, which has been designed to meet international specifications.
The quality control laboratories at Dharti Industries cast perform an array of analysis to ensure that the casts do not have structural and compositional deficiencies.
Analysis performed includes dimensional analysis, Casting, Machining, Fitting, Painting, Tasting, Packing & Dispatch Analysis.

Process of Casting
